About Lawrence Tam

A video that described my meteoric rise to $30,000+ in a single week online, part-time.

Watch this and see if you’re just like me and just a couple months behind your OWN explosion.

If I had to go back in time and start all over again what are some things I would do to get me to my status today faster?

1) Business Mindset Shift

I would have read 4 Hour Work Week and Rich Dad, Poor Dad much earlier in my business cycle. I think I started to dive into these books about 2 years into my business and that’s way too late. The mindset was wrong from the beginning and these books helped me find a direction to how I wanted to build.

This is the seed that will grow.

Some topics from this you will learn are:
Automation, how to avoid be copied by the “chinese”, what are real assets, the direction of business, who are the “new rich”……

2) Attraction Marketing

The internet is the wild west. What and HOW to do things are uncertain for many but I know this for sure. Online marketers who make the GIANT bucks are huge in attraction marketing. I’m glad I dove into this and want to make sure that everyone dives into Magnetic Sponsoring. This was my first MAJOR breakthrough. Now, why is this not the first thing to do? Well, buying the 2 books above anyone can do. Magnetic sponsoring is the first step to the doorway of funnels, USP, capture systems, Leads, affiliates, and attraction marketing specifically online.

I think everyone is skeptical starting out (I sure was) so if your best friend thinks your scamming them just lend them your 2 books to read. When they can’t sleep due to the mindset shift of being an employee to business owner then send them to YOUR affiliate link to Magnetic Sponsoring.

Some topics from this you will learn are:
Capture page, Abundance mindset, Attraction Marketing, Lead Generation, List Building……

3) SEO Training

Now, not to take away from PPC as I made my initial business primarily from Google, Yahoo, Bing PPC but ever since the slap I have refocused and took me about 12 months to really understand what works for my business. Majority of my money now comes through automation and using SEO as the foundation of what I do. Not to say I will only use SEO for my income streams but I feel this is the safest bet now regardless of marketing budget.

Here are the resources that taught me pretty much 95% of what I know about SEO (in no particular order) *all are pc/mac friendly*

a) SeCockpit Using The Power Of Cloud Based Computing
This is the tool i use 95% of the time but the man behind the scene thinks just like me. He truly loves niche marketing and just experimenting. He built this tool to keyword dig faster by doing competition analysis on the fly. This Sunday marketing update is great. It’s always up to date and he has a ton of current SEO topics that people need to see since he does the case studies and shares the results.

b) On Page Optimization SEOpressor
So I had no clue who Daniel Tan was. I started to see some buzz about his products and all I could think of was “he’s trying to sell me something”. What I didn’t realize is he’s an attraction marketer. He leads with SO much value up front it’s crazy. Just check his capture page. It’s chalk full of goodies and what is funny I learned On Page SEO basically by watching his capture page video.

For empower until they allow custom installs just watch the capture page video and take notes 😉

c) Market Samurai Taught Me My Kung Fu
Just to subscribe to learn from their dojo is enough to make people masters of SEO. It’s that powerful. Log in, setup a free account and run through their Dojo. Yeah. You might say what I’m teaching is exactly what they teach for the most part and that’s just to say I think their teaching is the BOMB. It’s completely free after you become a free guest.

The bang for the buck for a one time payment tool that has the BEST competitive analysis tool on the market bar none. I learned a ton from these guys and I can’t recommend them enough.

this is awesome Lawrence, I read all of robert kiosaki's books back then & went all out dived into a restaurant biz, long story short it was a premature experiment & what i lost could have paid for 2 MBAs at harvard..and years later to date I'm working hard to get myself out of that dip from doing freelance stuff, while not compromising my lifestyle very much... fastward to last year i got serious with fitness, wanted more and started the MLM that was tied into what I teach. I'm a hard working but like you said i'm too tired of the offline time-sucking stuff that produce minute results, and babysitting people with small dreams. I'm glad to be able to follow your tracks & hopefully now have the ability to minimize testing time & errors from what i've already been & learned thru. Thank you for this.

You are so right about the mindset. I believe the $$ are possible when you believe from abundance. Today I am trying to find ways to create income and systems part time too. Part time success is critical for 99% of the people that will follow us. The challenge for me is overwhelm and filtering out so many of the great add on possibilities from the leaders, that not enough focus is put towards the right implementation. But what is the right focus. So many good things to work with so little time to learn and implement. Webinars 3 nites a week, email, video lessons from our mentors, replay training sessions etc. How do you or how have you tempered the concentration and focus to cast off the next product launch or caffeine product?

Good Stuff LT!!! I love the way you brought it down to mindset and belief. I spent the last 10 years wanting to break through and buying this course and reading that ebook and "trying out" this network company then that one...when all along my biggest barrier was in my own mind. Within the last couple months I began to understand this and low and behold, The Empower Network comes across my path and I find you and this amazing group of people. And now I know that the sky really is the limit...Thanks for all you do!!!

Well, Let's see I am the person who joined and then my computer failed. It went offline and I lost everything, yes you guessed it. No recovery CD to be found. So, I went and traded a gun for a laptop that was in the box. Got it home and ,then found out that I had to start over and it a new email address from the top, what a nightmare!, found out then that somrthing was wrong with the laptop. So, I was ab;e to contact HP to see it I could get it fixed. Because, I live 40 miles to town. So, as soon as HP saw that they could not fix thr thing, they just signed off! No, goodbye, good luck, nothing. But because I know in my heart this is the right place to be at the right time, I would not quit. As the old tale goes I haven't hear anybody singing and I wasn't about to quit. I keep playing with the laptop and what you know it started and I got it to work again. And some how I have two email address at the samr place and got back to my first email with everything in tac. I am sure a lot of you know way more than me about all this stuff. But, I am not a tech guy and can turn on the computer and sign off. But, what I am saying here is to never, never give up. It's as David has said so many tines it's in your mindset. It's what you want and how bad do you want it. I have been offline for about 8 to 10 days now and I have more email than I can read. But, there's one thing you can count on and that's I will not be giving up!! Hang in there. If a 64 year old man can do this, I know you kids who have forgotten more than I'll ever know can do this. Go after those leads!!

i think the biggest thing is to fail faster. if you can get OUT of something then you have more time to do other things. i noticed my production as an internet marketer skyrocketed when I stopped messing with tire kickers, stopped answer stupid questions about money, and avoiding the people with a mindset that I OWED THEM. i just focused on what i liked doing and then hit it as hard as I could... sure I could have been better but life is in the experiences we create. I've met so many cool people in my journey and in my particular industry just making good connections.
