Customers Stuck In Active Status

Original Source From Support

dated March 22, 2012

Customers are currently being left in the “Active” status during the integration of the new payment processors.

Even with the new integration of the eWallet system the accounts are remaining as “Active” so that our customers and affiliates do not go into “Lockdown” and lose their entire downline. This is to allow ample time for their sponsor to activate their eWallet so that they may pay their sponsor.

There is no set date for when members will be moved from “Active” to “Grace”. Initially it was planned to occur one week after the announcement of the eWallet. However, due to a high demand on the servers for signing up for the eWallet and the many questions regarding how to setup the eWallet, this date has been pushed back and will be announced once all questions from affiliates are answerd adequately and they have activated their eWallet properly.

Our support staff is working quickly to answer all questions regarding the eWallet so that all affiliates may have an active eWallet.

Due to the critical importance of answering questions regarding the eWallet those tickets and questions are taking precedence over the tickets regarding the “Active” and “Grace” periods.

Empower Network Compensation Plan Breakdown With Image

The Empower Network Compensation Plan – Technical Details

Let's have the following example:

John is a paid Empower Network member, who has purchased the EN Basic product. (Let's say that everyone below purchases EN Basic Membership, in order to make things easier).

John refers the following members: #1 Stan, #2 Mary, and #3 Kim, who all purchase the EN Basic Product.

Stan refers these members: #1 Tim, #2 Martin, #3 David, #4 Lara, who all purchase the EN Basic Product.

Tim refers four more members, let them be M1, M2, M3 and M4, and they all purchase EN Basic Product as well.

Martin refers four members himself, P1, P2, P3 and P4, and they purchase EN Basic Product as well.

And Lara also refers four members – K1, K2, K3 and K4, and again they purchase the EN Basic Product.

* The affiliate, who refers other members through his affiliate link, we usually refer to as “sponsor”. The position at which every member will be placed in his/hers “sponsor's” downline is written above his name (i.e. #1, #2, etc.). These numbers are important in order to determine who is the receiver of the affiliate commissions for purchasing products in the system.

Then the image that illustrates the members above, will look like this:

* The red arrows shows which members are referred to the system by the affiliates, and the arrow begins from the affiliate who advertises the Empower Network products via his affiliate link; and points to the member that has joined via this affiliate link; the blue dotted arrows show who receives the affiliate commission payment – remember – Empower Network pays 100% commission payment directly to our affiliates!

Empower Network Compensation Plan Passups

In our example, John earns commission payment of $25 when Stan purchases a product, and another $25 when Kim purchases a product.

The commission payment, generated by Mary's purchase, will go to someone else, that is not included in the image above; that will be a person in John's upline.

Stan will earn a commission of $25 when Tim and David purchase a product ($25 for each purchase).

John will earn a commission of $25 when Martin and Lara purchase a product ($25 for each purchase).

Tim will earn a commission of $25 when M1 and M3 purchase a product ($25 for each purchase).

Stan will earn a commission of $25 when M2 and M4 purchase a product ($25 for each purchase).

Martin will earn a commission of $25 when P1 and P3 purchase a product ($25 for each purchase).

John will earn a commission of $25 when P2 and P4 purchase a product ($25 for each purchase).

Lara will earn a commission of $25 when K1 and K3 purchase a product ($25 for each purchase).

John will earn a commission of $25 when K2 and K4 purchase a product ($25 for each purchase).

So let's have a look at John's entire powerline here (i.e. all the members that he receives affiliate commission payments from). To make it easier, we have painted them all in a lemon color. All 2nd, 4th and 6th (and every +5th) sale within his powerline, will pay to him, as shown on the image above.

If John logins to his account and looks at his “view downline” page, he will see the following:

PASSUPS
#2 Mary

DIRECT REFERRALS
#1 Stan
#3 Kim

LEVEL 1 POWERLINE PASSUPS
#2 Martin
#4 Lara

LEVEL 2 POWERLINE PASSUPS
#2 P2
#4 P4
#2 K2
#4 K4

The number on the left (#2, #4, etc.) actually shows the number at which the member is placed within their sponsor's downline, but not within the powerline sponsor's downline. That is why all the members that are showing under “LEVEL X POWERLINE PASSUPS” will always have a number #2, #4, #6, #11, #16, (and +5) number.

Let's also clarify a few important terms.

We refer to Stan as a “direct sponsor” for Martin, but Martin's powerline sponsor will be John. The “powerline sponsor” is the one that the members are sending their affiliate commission payments to.

Member M3 – his direct sponsor and powerline sponsor will be one and the same, Tim.

K2 will have a direct sponsor Lara, and powerline sponsor John.

And so on.

This way every 2nd, 4th, 6th, and any next +5 sale within the powerline downline that belongs to John (the yellow circles), will be paying to John. Every 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and so on sale will start an affiliate commission “powerline” for someone else.

Stan will receive affiliate commissions from from Tim and David, and from their 2nd, 4th and 6th sales; but Stan will not receive anything from the sales that Martin and Lara are making. These sales will either pay Martin or Lara, or will be passed up to John. In either case they will not send a commission payment to Stan.

The Empower Network Compensation Plan is no joke…. bring in 2 basic members a day and it will explode in 30 days.
