Elaine has a background in corporate finance (earning her BA at Western Washington University, and an MBA from Seattle University). She spent several years in the corporate world working for Fortune 500 companies before realizing she could not sustain the hours if she wanted to raise a family. Elaine left corporate finance for private consulting, and eventually made the move to a brick and mortar business.
Two kids and three dogs later, Elaine discovered a simple concept called ‘time freedom.’ Aware she was not able to apply this in her life while owning a brick and mortar business, Elaine sold her business and immediately became a student of the internet in order to apply this concept to her life.
Elaine is currently an internet marketer, speaker, blogger and online trainer. She works primarily with people who are looking to escape the corporate grind, but need help formulating a sustainable plan. Elaine also mentors a group of women who are stay-at-home moms struggling to find balance between motherhood and life-before-kids.
Enjoying both time and financial freedom, Elaine is now a full-time stay-at-home mom. The luxury of being there for her children, volunteering at their schools, and never setting an alarm clock is the greatest gift she has ever given herself.
When not feeding her entrepreneurial spirit, Elaine’s favorite things are family time with husband Jeff, her kids, and Daisy their Great Dane; as well as nurturing their ‘urban farm’ that includes eight chickens.
