Who is Peter Wilson? A 62 year old man, who chose to begin again at 57. He decided two fold; that retirement in the traditional sense would not be for him, and secondly the world of working to make someone else wealthier while he stressed and chased the carrot was over.
Pete was born in the United Kingdom, and is the younger of two brothers. Traditional schooling led him to Rolls Royce where he served a full apprenticeship along with a full certificate in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Derby.
At 27, finding that the English slow road to advancement was not for him. He decided to move to the United States. This came by way of an invitation from an aerospace company.
Pete spent a total of forty years in the manufacturing industry, beginning as a machinist, and subsequently spending thirty of the forty in operations management.
Being a type 1 diabetic through most of those years, coupled with the pressures of high level management Pete had to make some serious decisions in his late fifties.
The internet although all around us in reality has only just scratched the surface of its full capability. For this reason Pete saw this as an opportunity with enormous potential.
So Pete hit the books and the computer and learned about online business and marketing, SEO and a host of other skills to prepare for this new journey. He also learned that taking action right from the beginning is also a good learning tool.
He is the father of three grown daughters. He and his soul mate Julianna live in Camarillo California.
His overall purpose is to take all of the lessons and observations from his years in industry, and couple it with the teachings of past masters of success. The aim being to encourage and assist others realize their own dream.
A final thought from Pete. Between 1946 and 1964 roughly eighty million children were brought into the USA. These we know as baby boomers. Pete figures many of these upon realizing their financial position is not equal to their longevity will need some help. This will be an opportunity to do some good for others.
Pete Wilson.
